Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at our support email before sending the item back.
Non-returnable items:
• Personalized or custom items
• Items that show signs of use
• Items damaged by the customer
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
